Strategic Facilitation
I facilitate conversations that help groups see what they are building together. Through live graphic capture, visual systems mapping, and interactive workshops, I translate complex dialogue into shared understanding. My facilitation practice sits at the intersection of research, design, and political education — supporting organizations as they clarify priorities, surface patterns, and imagine new possibilities. I approach facilitation as a relational practice rooted in listening, synthesis, and collective reflection.
Graphic capture is the practice of translating live conversation into visual form in real time. During strategic planning sessions, conferences, and collaborative meetings, I listen for themes, tensions, and emerging frameworks, and render them visually so participants can see their thinking take shape.
This process does more than document discussion. It helps groups identify connections, clarify priorities, and move toward alignment. When ideas are made visible, they become easier to refine, challenge, and build upon.

In addition to live visual synthesis, I design and lead interactive workshops that use art and dialogue as tools for political education and collective imagination.
At the AWID Forum in Bangkok, I facilitated a workshop titled Art as a Tool for Social Change, inviting participants from across the globe to explore how creative practice can function as movement infrastructure. Through guided reflection, visual exercises, and small-group dialogue, participants translated the issues they care about into images and narratives that could travel within their communities.
My workshops are grounded in the belief that knowledge is most powerful when it is participatory. I create spaces where participants can think critically, experiment creatively, and build shared language around the systems shaping their lives.
