I created a series of illustrations for two feminist mini-pocketbooks developed by COFEM and UN Women under the ACT to End Violence Against Women programme. The resources are designed to make complex advocacy issues more accessible and practical for feminist movements and women’s rights organizations. 1. Accountability Without Exception focuses on holding governments accountable for their commitments to end violence against women and girls. 2. Bytes of Resistance explores technology-facilitated gender-based violence, digital safety, collective care, and the possibilities of online feminist organizing. My illustrations were created to bring warmth and visual storytelling to these important tools for feminist advocacy.
